Job Titles as Employer Branding Strategy

In order to win the war for talents companies do not hesitate to use any kind of tricks and strategies to attract candidates to their open positions.

The last example is the “Chief of Sleep” IKEA’s vacancy.
Are catchy job titles an effective way to attract candidates? And, is this trend going to last?
