as head chef you represent the “culinary heart” of our hotel. you are responsible for the development and design of all food offers of *****star hotel palace. you are familiar with different nutrition guidelines (sge, low carb, metabolic balance, vegan, vegetarian, kosher etc.) and are a passionate cook.

Being the “chef of chefs”, you are communicative and personable. For this exciting role, we expect you to assume personal responsibility and ideally bring the following skills:

• Accomplished cook with a professional culinary qualification and advanced trainings in the field, possibly as a diet food specialist.
• Seven or more years of professional experience as an executive chef of a larger brigade.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the high-level catering business (5-star+)
• Proven skills in leading people and communications
• Self-reliant and persuasive presence
• Skillful administrator and computer user
• Fluent in English and German, French and Russian are a plus
